RETURNS
Returns are accepted ONLY if goods are damaged or DO NOT match original customer specifications as documented on the approved order form (e.g., item number, quantity, ink color, envelopes, font, number of copies, etc.). If an order is damaged or and error has occurred, customers must contact H2 Cards within 48 hours of receiving the order at (62-21) 6248448, 6248510 H2 Cards will gladly correct and reship the order with expedited delivery at no charge. Monetary refunds will not be given.
CANCELLATION
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel the order, please contact H2 Cards as soon as possible at (62-21) 6248448, 6248510. Orders may not be cancelled by e-mail, fax or mail. Because of the personalized nature of invitations, once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not been processed, a representative will fax you a cancellation form for you to sign and fax back to us.
PROOFS
Proofs are a close representation of your finished product. A proof allows us to verify that the message and its formatting, lettering style and size are all correct and precisely as you have specified. We offer proofs in e-mail or fax copy, free of charge. Once a proof has been approved and signed-off, it is considered to be in production, are subject to additional set-up and plate-making fees. Please contact our representatives for more information.
PAYMENT
We require a 50% deposit upon placement of your order. The remaining balance is due before goods are shipped or will call. Please note that sales tax 10% will be charged. We accept Cash, Debit BCA, Giro or checks.
SHIPPING
Once we received your order, the estimated turnaround time is 30 business days. Please note that any problems or questions encountered with your order may cause a delay in shipping time. Order being sent overseas and overland, are sent with additional charges. Please call our representatives for all shipping charges.
